Chapter 324: About the Forbiddance of Defecationon the Ways and Urination inthe stagnant Water

Chapter Introduction

٣٢٤ - باب النهي عن التغوط في طريق الناس
والبول في الماء الراكد

Translation: Allah said:

الْقُرْآنُ الْكَرِيمُسُورَةُ الأَحۡزَابِ (33:58)
وَالَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ بِغَيْرِ مَا اكْتَسَبُوا فَقَدِ احْتَمَلُوا بُهْتَانًا وَإِثْمًا مُّبِينًا
( سُورَةُ الأَحۡزَابِ (33:58) )

Translation: " And those who harm (annoy) the believing men and women undeservedly, they bear (on themselves) the crime of slander and plain sin 5:55 S: 33-58.

Translation: The Messenger of Allah said:

Hadith 1019: Hadith 1019

۱۰۱۹- عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي اللَّهِ تعالى عنه قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُوَلَاللَّهِ صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : اتَّقُوا اللآعِنَيْنِ الَّذِي يَتَخَلّى فِي طَرِيقِ النّاسِ ، أَوْ فِي ظِلِّهِمْ رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ

Translation: 1019. Narrated Abu-Huraira " Allah's Messenger said: " Safeguard yourselves from the two matters that cause accursing that befalls the one who relieves himself on people's path-ways and under the shades. " (Muslim)

Hadith

وَزَادَ أَبو دَاوُدَ عَنْ مُعاذ : وَالمَواردَ وَلَفْظُه : اتَّقُوا المَلَاعِنَ الثَّلَاثَةَ البَرَارَ فِي المَوَارِدِ ، وَقَارِعَةِ الطَّرِيْقِ ، وَالظَّلَّ

Translation: Narrated Mo'az The Prophet said: " Guard against the three things which cause curse (i.e.) defecating at the watering places, on the roadbeds and in the shades. " (Abu -Dawood).

Hadith 1020: Hadith 1020

۱۰۲۰- حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعَمٍّرٍ عَنْ هَمَامِ بْنِ مُنَبِهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيََََُُِِّّّّّّّّ صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَبُولُنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي الْمَاءِ الدَّائِمِ ثُمَََّّّ يَتَوَضأُ مِنْهُ قَالَ أبو عيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

Translation: 1020. Narrated Abu-Huraira; ' The Prophet said: " Let not anyone of you urinate in the stagnant water then perform Wodo'o thereof. " (At-Termizi).

Hadith 1021: Hadith 1021
