Chapter 340: About Warning against Committing What Allah and His Messenger Have Forbidden

Chapter Introduction

٣٤٠ - باب التحذير من ارتكاب ما نهى اللَّهُ ) . ورسوله عنه
الْقُرْآنُ الْكَرِيمُسُورَةُ النُّورِ (24:63)
لَّا تَجْعَلُوا دُعَاءَ الرَّسُولِ بَيْنَكُمْ كَدُعَاءِ بَعْضِكُم بَعْضًا ۚ قَدْ يَعْلَمُ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ يَتَسَلَّلُونَ مِنكُمْ لِوَاذًا ۚ فَلْيَحْذَرِ الَّذِينَ يُخَالِفُونَ عَنْ أَمْرِهِ أَن تُصِيبَهُمْ فِتْنَةٌ أَوْ يُصِيبَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
( سُورَةُ النُّورِ (24:63) )

Translation: Allah said:

Translation: " Make not the calling out of the Messenger (Muhammad) among you as your calling out of one another. Allah knows those of you who slip away under shelter (of some excuse without taking the permission to leave, from the Messenger. And let those who oppose the Messenger's commandment. (his Sunna, legal ways, orders, acts of worship, statements... etc.) beware, lest some trials befall them or a painful torment be inflicted on them * " S: 24-63. And

الْقُرْآنُ الْكَرِيمُسُورَةُ آلِ عِمۡرَانَ (3:30)
يَوْمَ تَجِدُ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَّا عَمِلَتْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ مُّحْضَرًا وَمَا عَمِلَتْ مِن سُوءٍ تَوَدُّ لَوْ أَنَّ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَهُ أَمَدًا بَعِيدًا ۗ وَيُحَذِّرُكُمُ اللَّهُ نَفْسَهُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ رَءُوفٌ بِالْعِبَادِ
( سُورَةُ آلِ عِمۡرَانَ (3:30) )

Translation: " On the Day when every person will be confronted with all the good he has done, and all the evil he has done, he will wish that there were a great distance between him and this evil. And Allah warns you against Himself (His Punishment) and Allah is full of

Translation: Kindness to the (His) slaves * " S: 3-30. And

الْقُرْآنُ الْكَرِيمُسُورَةُ البُرُوجِ (85:12)
إِنَّ بَطْشَ رَبِّكَ لَشَدِيدٌ
( سُورَةُ البُرُوجِ (85:12) )

Translation: " Verily, the Seizure (punishment) of your Lord is severe

Translation: S: 85-12. And

الْقُرْآنُ الْكَرِيمُسُورَةُ هُودٍ (11:102)
وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَخْذُ رَبِّكَ إِذَا أَخَذَ الْقُرَىٰ وَهِيَ ظَالِمَةٌ ۚ إِنَّ أَخْذَهُ أَلِيمٌ شَدِيدٌ
( سُورَةُ هُودٍ (11:102) )

Translation: “ Such is the Seizure of your Lord when He seizes the (population of) the towns while they are doing wrong. Verily, His Seizure is painful, (and) severe *** S: 11-102.

Translation: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

Hadith 1051: Hadith 1051

١٠٥١ - حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ الصَّوَّافِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُوَلَاللَّهُ )
إِنَََََّّّّّْ اللَّهَ يَغَارُ وَالْمُؤْمِنُ يَغَارُ وَغَيْرَةُ اللَّهِ أَنَّ يَأْتِيَ الْمُؤْمِنُ مَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ وفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ أَبو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةً حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنِ النَّبِيََََُُِِّّّّّّّّ صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ وَكَلَا الْحَدِيثَيْنِ صَحِيحٌ وَالْحَجَّاجُ الصَّوَّافُ هُوَ الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ وَأَبُو عُثْمَانَ اسْمُهُ مَيْسَرَةُ وَالْحَجَّاجُ يُكْنَى أَبَا الصَّلْتِ وَثَّقَهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ الْعَطَّارُ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمَدِينِيِّ قَالَ سَأَلْتَ يَحْيَى ابْنَ سَعِيدِ الْقَطَّانَ عَنْ حَجَّاجِ الصَّوَّافِ فَقَالَ ثِقَةٌ فَطَنِّ كَيِّ

Translation: 1051. Narrated Abu-Huraira; " The Messenger of Allah said: “ Most assuredly, Allah gets jealous and the believer gets jealous. And Allah gets jealous when the believer commits what was made illegal for him. " (At-Termizi)
