Chapter 339: About the Forbiddance of One and a Slave to Others besides His Masters
Hadith 1048: Hadith 1048
١٠٤٨ - حديث سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبي وَقَاصٍ وَأَبي بَكْرَةً قَالَ سَعْدٌ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيََََُُِِّّّّّّّّ يَقُولُ : مِنْ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ غَيْرُ أَبِيهِ فَالْجُنَّةٌ عَلَيْهِ حَرَامٌ فَذُكِرَ لأبي بَكْرَةً فَقَالَ : وَأَنا سَمِعَتْهُ أُذُنَايَ وَوَعَاهُ قَلْبي مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهُ ) . أخرجه البخاري
Translation: 1048. Narrated Sa'ad ibn Abu-Waqqas and Abu-Bakra; ' I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying: " Whoever claims to be the son of a person other than his father knowing that, that peron is not his father, then Paradise will be forbidden for him. " I mentioned that to Abu-Bakra, and he said; ' My ears heard that, and my heart memorized it from Allah's Messenger. '
Hadith 1049: Hadith 1049
١٠٤٩ - عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ ) . عَنْهُ ، عَنِ النَّبِيََََُُِِّّّّّّّّ قَالَ : : ( لَا تَرْغَبُوا عَنْ آبَائِكُمْ فَمِنْ رَغِبَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ فَقَدْ كَفَرَ . رواه البخاري
Translation: 1049. Narrated Abu-Huraira; ' The Prophet said: " Do not deny your fathers (do not claim to be the sons of persons other than your fathers), and whoever disowns his father, is charged with disbelief. " (Bukhari).
Hadith 1050: Hadith 1050
١٠٥٠ - عَنْ عَلِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : مَا عِنْدَنَا شَيْءٌ إِلَّا كِتَابُ اللَّهُ وَهَذه الصَّحِيفَةُ ، عَنِ النَّبِيََََُُِِّّّّّّّّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : ( المَدِينَةُ حَرَمٌ ، مَا بَيْنَ عَائِرٍ إِلَى كَذَا ، مَنْ أحْدَثَ فِيهَا حَدَثًا أَوْ آوى مُحْدِثًا ، فَعَلَيْه لَعْنَةُ الله وَالمَلَائِكَةُ وَالنَّاسَ أَجْمَعِينَ ، لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَاَ عَدَلَ . وَقَالَ : دَمَةُ المُسْلِمِينَ وَاحِدَةً ، فَمَنْ
أَخْفَرَ مُسْلِمًا فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالمَلائِكَة وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعينَ ، لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ . وَمِنَ تَوَلَّى قَوْمًا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ ، فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ ، لاَ يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ . رواه البخاري
Translation: 1050. Narrated Ali; ' We have nothing except the Book of Allah and this written paper from the Prophet wherein is written): Madina is a sanctuary from the A'ir Mountain to such and such a place, and whoever innovates in it a heresy or commits a sin, or gives shelter to such an innovator or sinner in it will incur the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people, none of his compulsory or optional good deeds of worship will be accepted. And the asylum (of protection) granted by any Muslim is to be secured (respected) by all the other Muslims. And whoever betrays a Muslim in this respect incurs the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people; and none of his compulsory or optional good deeds of worship will be accepted, and whoever (freed slave) takes as masters other than his manumitters without their permission incurs the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people, and none of his compulsory or optional good deeds of worship will be accepted. " (Bukhari).
