Chapter 219: About the Virtue of a Slave Who fulfills Allah's Rights and His Masters ' Rights

Chapter Introduction

۲۱۹ـ باب فضل المملوك الذي يؤدى حق اللَّهُ ) . 3 وحق مواليه
٧٤٤ - حديث ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّّ رَسُولَ اللَّهُ ) . ، قَالَ : : الْعَبْدُ إِذَا نَصَحَ سَيِّدَهُ وَأَحْسَنَ عِبَادَةَ رَبِهِ ، كَانَ لَهُ أَجْرُهُ مَرَّتَيْن أخرجه البخاري

Translation: .744 Narrated Ibn Omar: Allah's Messenger ﷺ said: " If a slave is honest and faithful to his master and worships his Lord (Allah) in a perfect manner he will get a double reward. " (Bukhari)

Hadith 745: Hadith 745

٧٤٥ حديث أبي مُوسَی قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُوَلَاللَّهِ صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثَلَاثَةٌ لَهُمْ أَجْرَانِ ، رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ آمَنَ بِنَبِيٌّهِ وَآمَنَ بِمُحَمَّدٍ ، وَالٍعَبْدُ الْمَمْلُوكُ إِذَا أَدَى حَقَّ اللَّهِ
وَحَق مَوَالٍيهِ ، وَرَجُلٌ كَانَتْ عِندَهُ أُمَةٌ فَأَدْبَهَا فَأَحْسَنَ تَأْدِيبَهَا ، وَعَلَّمَهَا فَأَحْسَنَ تَعْلِيمَهَا ثُمَََّّّ أَعْتَقَهَا فَتَزَوَجَهَا فَلَهُ أَجْرَانِ أخرجه البخاري

Translation: 745. Narrated Abu-Musa ' Allah's Messenger said: " Three persons will have a double reward. A person from the People of the Book (i.e. a Jew or a Christian) who believed in his prophet (Moses or Jesus) and then believed in Muhammad (he has embraced Islam). (The second) is a slave who fulfills his duties to Allah and fulfilled the rights of his masters. And (the third) is the master of a female-slave who teaches her good manners, educates her in the best possible way (in the religion), frees her, and then marries her. " (Bukhari)
