Chapter 134: What was said about Embracing and Kissing

Translation: 458. Narrated A'isha Zayd ibn Haretha came to Madina. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was in my house at that time. Zayd knocked at the door and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ rose up and went to receive him naked, 8 dragging his (outer) garment. He embraced and kissed him. ' A'isha said: ' By Allah, I never saw the Messenger of Allah naked (while receiving a man) after or before this. "

Translation: 8 Naked here means covering the Awra, but not wearing an outer garment. This shows pleasure and love of the Messenger of Allah for Zayd's arrival.
