Chapter 149: About Admonishing People while Burying the Deceased

٤٨٥ - حديث أبي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي اللَّهِ عنه ، قَالَ : نَعَى لَنَا رَسُوَلَاللَّهِ صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ النّجَاشِي ، صَاحِبَ الْحَبَشَةِ الْيَوْمَ الذي مات فِيهِ ، فَقَالَ : اسْتَغْفِرُوا لِأَخِيكُمْ أخرجه البخاري
Translation: 485. Narrated Abu-Huraira: ' Allah's Messenger was informed about the news of the death of Al-Najashi (the Negus-Ruler-of Ethiopia) on the day that he expired. He said: " Ask Allah's forgiveness for your brother. " (Bukhari)
